Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy at /policies/refund-policy.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier.
