Shipping within Japan

Standard domestic orders are sent by Japan Post Click Post for mailbox delivery. A delivery date or time cannot be specified. Tracking details are provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Standard shipping within Japan is ¥200 including tax. It is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is at least ¥5,000. Express shipping is ¥1,000 when available. Available methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

International shipping

International orders ship from Japan with tracking. For the United States, the configured Standard shipping rate is ¥4,500 JPY. The exact amount payable in USD is shown at checkout before payment. For other eligible destinations, check the available rate and currency at checkout before payment.

Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Dispatch and delivery

In-stock orders shipped within Japan normally dispatch within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. International orders normally dispatch within 2–4 business days after confirmation. For pre-orders or special-order items, check the individual product page. Order volume or stock conditions may delay dispatch; we will email you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery timing depends on the destination, customs clearance, holidays and carrier conditions.
