Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 100 days of delivery. We accept returns or size exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, and unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

When a return or exchange may be requested

  • You contact us within 100 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and unopened
  • The item is defective or you received the wrong item
  • A size exchange is requested and replacement stock is available

How we determine whether an item is unused

To qualify as unused, an item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • No signs of wear, including fingerprints, skin oils, perfume, cosmetics, or lingering odors
  • No scratches, deformation, or discoloration
  • All tags, cards, protective pouches, gift boxes, and other accessories are included
  • Product labels and protective seals have not been removed

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, opened earrings cannot normally be returned. We can only accept earrings that are unopened and unworn.

Items we cannot accept

  • Requests made 101 days or more after delivery
  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Items missing tags, cards, pouches, or other included accessories
  • Opened earrings
  • Returns sent without contacting us first

Return shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: Misy Jewelry covers return shipping
  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us within 100 days of delivery by email at info@misyjewelry.shop or through LINE.
  2. We may ask for photos to confirm the item's condition.
  3. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will ship the replacement or issue the refund.

Refunds

After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
